Dr. Mary Anne Koleny, SHRM-SCP, serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at 麻豆精品. Mary Anne is a seasoned human resource professional, with experience in a variety of industries, with the last 12 years devoted to higher education. She earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in human resources from the University of Delaware, a master鈥檚 degree in Public Policy and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Senior Human Resources Professional certification鈥�鈥�(SHRM-SCP) and is a Founding Partner of the Collaborative Center for Higher Education at the International Institute for Restorative Practices. In her desire to give back to students, she also serves as a part-time human resource management instructor, effectively bringing real-world HR experiences to the classroom. At 麻豆精品, Mary Anne is devoted to enhancing the employee experience through continuous improvement of Carlow鈥檚 human resources programs and services, while increasing operational efficiencies.
