You can learn effective human resource management policies, systems, practices and procedures by adding a minor in Human Resources Management to your undergraduate studies. This versatile minor will prepare you to better understand and manage a company鈥檚 human resources functions.

This minor is open to any major. A minimum of 18 credits is required.

Required courses include:

  • Introduction to Business Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • 4 courses from an approved list (2 at the 300/400 level) that includes Human Resources Information Systems I and II, Training and Development, Fair Employment Practices,  Labor Relations, Recruitment, and Selection and Compensation
