How You Can SupportSummer Stay Program
Take six credits, get free on-campus housing
We welcome undergraduate guest students from any accredited institution to benefit from our 2023 Summer Stay Program. Courses run May 15-August 4.

Stay on campus for free
If you register for six or more credits as an undergraduate student, you are eligible to stay on Carlow鈥檚 charming, urban campus for free. You鈥檒l be minutes away from some of Pittsburgh鈥檚 greatest summertime activities including our annual , and .
Move in: May 14, 2023 | Move out: August 5, 2023
Registration
Guest Student Registration
- Identify courses through . The advanced search option will allow you to search by Summer 2023, undergraduate and subject of interest. 鈻�
- Complete the Guest Student Registration Form [pdf]. You will need to input course information on this form.
- Submit the registration form with your unofficial transcripts to the Registrar鈥檚 Office by email: registrar@carlow.edu.
- You鈥檒l receive an email from the Registrar鈥檚 Office that confirms your registration and provides you with the next steps to complete your registration. Once you are registered, Student Affairs will contact you to reserve your free summer housing.
Carlow Student Registration
- Register for your courses through (login required). The advanced search option will allow you to search by Summer 2023, undergraduate and subject of interest.
- Verify available financial aid by reviewing your account in (login required). If you do not verify, financial aid will review your account and contact you to discuss options for summer aid where applicable.
