Christina earned a Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and completed coursework in behavior analysis in December 2002 while working as an assistant administrator developing skill acquisition programs and implementing behavior plans for children and adults with autism, mild to profound mental retardation and Prader Willie Syndrome. Once she became certified in June 2003, she began creating behavior programs for children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities primarily focusing on eliminating problematic behaviors. She became a member of the team in July 2008. |
