Kiara has a strong foundation in communication and public engagement within healthcare, along with demonstrated leadership experience and a commitment to student wellbeing and academic success. She is skilled at presenting healthcare services as accessible, student-centered programming that increase awareness, strengthen utilization, and advance health and academic outcomes. Her ability to build trust across diverse populations, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively positions her to drive innovative outreach efforts, health education, and support strategic clinic engagement initiatives.

With a strong background in clinical operations, patient advocacy, and team leadership, she also has experience balancing high-volume clinical responsibilities in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare settings while delivering compassionate, trauma-informed patient care.

In her dual role at the 麻豆精品 Health & Wellness Clinic, Kiara leads strategic campus outreach and engagement initiatives while also providing direct patient support as a Medical Assistant. She collaborates with students, parents, faculty, staff, and campus partners to increase awareness of clinic services, foster meaningful campus relationships, connect students with the clinic鈥檚 exceptional-quality, and Whole Person care. In her clinical role, she supports licensed providers by assisting with patient care, education, preventive services, and daily operations, helping ensure timely access to integrated health services that support wellbeing and academic success.

Kiara’s commitment to service extends beyond the clinical setting. She volunteers as a Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line, providing empathetic support and safety planning for individuals experiencing mental health crises. She has also volunteered with organizations supporting survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence and served as an Orientation Leader at LaRoche University, helping new students successfully transition to campus life.
