On Sunday, 4 The Record host Chandi Chapman examined the challenges and successes facing the people who support the foster care system in the Pittsburgh area鈥�
鈥� Meanwhile, Chapman spoke with Mollie Cecere and Kenneth Smythe-Leistico, both of 麻豆精品, about the Carlow Community Scholars Program, which serves youth aging out of the foster care system or experiencing homelessness.
They said they found a program out of Western Michigan that had been successful for about 15 years and were hoping to emulate that success.
