How You Can SupportChildren鈥檚 Online Privacy Protection Act Notice
Certain 麻豆精品 Websites and/or Online Services are intended to be used by or directed to individuals under the age of 13 years old (鈥淐hild鈥� or 鈥淐hildren鈥�). 麻豆精品 is committed to protecting users of its Websites or Online Services intended for use by or directed to Children and fulfill its obligations under the Children鈥檚 Online Privacy Protection Act (鈥淐OPPA鈥�) as set forth in this Notice.
This Notice applies only to 麻豆精品 Websites and Online Services that are intended to be used by or directed to Children and supplements 麻豆精品鈥檚 Privacy Notice accordingly.
Consent
Use by a Child of 麻豆精品鈥檚 Websites and Online Services intended to be used by or directed to Children requires verifiable consent from a Child鈥檚 parent or guardian and acknowledgement of this Notice prior to use by the Child.
Personal Data Collected
麻豆精品 collects the minimal amount of Personal Data necessary for Children to use Websites and Online Services intended to be used by or directed to them. 麻豆精品 may collect first name, last name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth. 麻豆精品 may also collect Personal Data that is not personally identifiable including school and grade information. 麻豆精品 collects a user鈥檚 IP address, uses cookies and/or similar technology, and stores a Child鈥檚 username and password when registering for an Online Service.
Use of Personal Data
A Child鈥檚 Personal Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Child with the use of Websites or Online Services requested or as necessary for business or legal obligations.
A Child鈥檚 Personal Data may be used to provide services requested, improve services and user experience, to allow for communication with the Child as necessary, for analytical purposes and as required to fulfill business and legal obligations. In some circumstances, a Child may publicly post their information, including Personal Data. Consent from a parent or guardian is required before posting the Child鈥檚 information publicly.
麻豆精品 does not sell or rent a Child鈥檚 Personal Data. 麻豆精品 may disclose a Child鈥檚 Personal Data to third parties to allow for the use of the third parties鈥� services, products or support, for public safety purposes, to protect the rights and safety of others, and as required for legal purposes.
If 麻豆精品 learns that it received Personal Data of a Child without a parent or guardian鈥檚 verified consent, 麻豆精品 will use that information only to inform the Child or the Child鈥檚 parent or guardian that the Child cannot use the Websites or Online Services.
Rights of Parent or Guardian
Upon providing proper identification, a parent or guardian has the right to access and review a Child鈥檚 Personal Data that is maintained by 麻豆精品, the right to request that 麻豆精品 update or delete a Child鈥檚 Personal Data and the right to refuse to allow 麻豆精品 from collecting or using a Child鈥檚 Personal Data.
